Romazava
The National Dish of Madagascar. This stew is made with leafy greens, typically watercress, and meat.
The type of meat and greens would always depend on what was available that day - and so the tradition will continue. Don't be afraid to ask, we'll be more than happy to tell you!

Hen'omby Ritra
Our beef is cooked down slowly for hours in a stew of Malagasy spices. Wonderfully tender and served on a bed of white rice

Maskita
These grilled beef skewers are a very popular street food item. Often accompanied by Malagasy salads and pickles.

Kabaro
A typical vegetarian option, our stewed butter beans are slow cooked in a sauce of tomatoes and spices, made to melt in your mouth. Well-balanced and creamy.

Lasopy
This smooth vegetable soup is healthy and packed full of natural flavour. Often served at the beginning of the meal or with a baguette.

Mofo Sakay
Every country has their dumplings, and these are ours! Literally translated as "Spicy Bread," these delicious sides are made with rice flour and fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a touch of spice to complement any Malagasy dish.

Mofo Anana
The less-spicy version of the Mofo Sakay, these mofo are flavoured with delicious leafy greens and cooked to the same perfect golden texture.

Lasary
Found on every Malagasy's plate, Lasary is combination of pickled, shredded vegetables. The vegetables would typically vary depending on the season, so look out for what combo finds itself on your plate - it won't disappoint!
